We would like you to let our customers know that there would be shipping delay due to Christmas and New Year Holiday season.<\/p>\n

\u2605 Delivery might take up to 2 more weeks than usual depending on each local delivery situation during the periods.<\/p>\n

We provide free shipping of orders all around the globe. The products available in stock are usually shipped within minimum of 5 working days. There is no limit of order size and amount.<\/h4>\n

The package will ship from China and the subjected delivery time is usually around 3-4 weeks for USA, Rest of the countries is 1.5 month (excluding processing time of your order).The tracking code will be provided to you with order confirmation and shipping email which you can track online anywhere. Orders will be delivered to your shipping address. In case you don\u2019t receive your order and the tracking code says \u2018delivered\u2019, you can check your nearest post office.<\/p>\n

Please allow minimum of 5 working days for processing of the order.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We assure you that refund will be provided if the order not delivered for in 2 months ,<\/p>\n

Please note that the above mentioned times are subject to change in the Christmas and holiday seasons including Chinese New Year holidays.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h2>\n

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged or incorrect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at maroc lamps@\u00a0 with details of the product and the defect.<\/p>\n

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.<\/p>\n

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed from the delivery date, unfortunately, we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a Return, the product must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

There are some situations where refunds are only partially refunded with the return of the item. Item is not in original condition, it is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault. Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.<\/p>\n

Once we receive and checked your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We\u2019ll also let you know whether to accept or decline your refund. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
